Required Qualifications
✅ 12+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent practical experience
✅ 10+ years developing and deploying AI/ML or Generative AI solutions
✅ 7+ years working with LLMs and Generative AI frameworks
✅ 5+ years of strong Python development and production-quality application development
✅ Experience consuming APIs and integrating applications with enterprise systems
✅ Familiarity with cloud-native development and modern software engineering methodologies
✅ Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
✅ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment

⭐ Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns
⭐ Prompt engineering and LLM orchestration frameworks
⭐ AI agents, copilots, and workflow automation solutions
⭐ Vector databases, knowledge retrieval, and enterprise search technologies
⭐ Enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, data platforms, or similar systems

✔️ Contribute reusable components, templates, and engineering best practices.
✔️ Support production deployments and ongoing operational activities.
