Description

Lead technology roadmap and development for Assisted Sales and Customer Success, managing global stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors to drive product delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct multiple teams through the full software development lifecycle, including design, programming, testing, and bug fixing.
• Define, measure, and fine-tune system outcomes and KPIs to meet organizational metrics.
• Oversee personnel management, including hiring, performance assessments, and professional development.
• Manage global stakeholders across IT, Business, and Infrastructure while handling executive expectations.

Required Skills

• 18+ years of professional work experience.
• Extensive product development experience within CRM and Sales systems.
• Proven ability to design and architect solutions using React JS and SpringBoot.
• Deep understanding of architectures related to caching, scaling, redundancy, and replication.
• Strong background in developing front-end applications with a services focus.
• Experience managing product and feature launches for large user bases.
• Demonstrated success driving Agile product organizations and engineering culture.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Telecom OSS/BSS space.
• Experience within Store and Call Centre ecosystems.
