Design and maintain backend services and APIs that power AI agents and healthcare workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Optimize application performance and system scalability.
• Implement security measures and data protection protocols.
• Debug technical issues and resolve production incidents.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in Python or Node.js.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with caching mechanisms like Redis.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, SQS).

Preferred Skills

• Experience building AI-based applications or generative AI workflows.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
