Description

You will design, implement, and deliver software for Alexa Audio, bringing LLM capabilities into the audio space while championing engineering best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create infrastructure and tools to evaluate, analyze, and improve model accuracy for various audio experiences.
• Influence the operational and engineering excellence roadmap to improve availability and resiliency of core audio services.
• Provide design feedback on latency and coding standards to internal and external teams.
• Mentor junior team members, support onboarding, and participate in hiring efforts.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and researchers to refine customer experiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with a focus on scalable systems and API platforms.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM integration.
• Background in API development and software engineering.
• Familiarity with voice interfaces and audio processing.
