Description

Build and maintain scalable backend systems powering the platform using Python and microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and SOA/microservices.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to connect data pipelines to user-facing presentation layers.
• Write extensible, stable, and unit-tested code, including unit and integration tests.
• Optimize backend services for maximum speed, scalability, and efficient data processing.
• Create reusable code, libraries, and developer documentation for product extensions.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience as a software developer with a focus on product development.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Extensive experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, concurrency, synchronization, and memory management.
• Deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience building scalable systems using service-oriented or microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud-native services (GCP).
• Experience working with Kafka and relational or NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Kubernetes and Docker.
