Description

You will lead end-to-end development for complex distributed systems and solve architecture challenges.

Responsibilities

• Propose solutions for complex system architecture challenges.
• Lead end-to-end development of system components.
• Create flexible, consistent, and easy-to-use APIs.
• Mentor and lead junior team members.
• Improve code reusability, readability, and system performance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in backend development for distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Java, C++, Scala, or Kotlin.
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Play, or Hibernate.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOP.
• Knowledge of Design Patterns, Parallel Programming, and Multithreading.
• Experience with Event-Driven Systems and micro-services architecture.
• Working knowledge of Relational databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Ability to adopt new programming languages based on project requirements.
• Higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
