Good to Have Skills: Experience with device observability platforms, crash and log management systems, high-scale data ingestion services, advanced analytics dashboards, privacy-compliant data handling, customer journey analysis, and troubleshooting interfaces. Knowledge of Amazon Device ecosystem and hyper-growth environment experience would be beneficial.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, development and launch of core product features for device observability systems.
• Define product features, drive system architecture, and spearhead best practices that enable quality product delivery.
• Build reliable, scalable, and high performance products for device observability and troubleshooting solutions.
• Work with and improve current limitations and compatibilities between subsystems while building new concepts and methodology.
• Proactively liaise with both business teams and other technical teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Mentor junior engineers in the team and guide them in software development best practices.
• Prepare technical requirements and software design specifications for complex observability systems.
• Instill best practices for software development and documentation while ensuring designs meet requirements.
• Deliver high quality software on tight schedules in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment.
• Transform vast amounts of device data into actionable insights that drive product stability and customer satisfaction.

Experience Required: Demonstrated track record of success in independently delivering new features and products. Experience building large-scale distributed systems and delivering high quality technology products in hyper-growth environments. Strong technical expertise with sound understanding of Computer Science fundamentals
