Description

You will design and implement control functions for automotive applications using model-based development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements to design control functions for automotive systems.
• Develop control functions using model-based development techniques.
• Generate code from MATLAB/Simulink models for series software development.
• Validate control models through Model-in-the-Loop (MiL), Software-in-the-Loop (SiL), and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) test benches.
• Perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work across multiple application components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development or embedded systems.
• Proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink for control system development.
• Experience with TargetLink for code generation.
• Practical knowledge of C programming.
• Hands-on experience with MiL, SiL, and HiL validation techniques.
• Understanding of automotive control systems and the development lifecycle.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with model-based development processes for series software development.
• Experience with electric vehicle systems, including control software, Electronic Control Units (ECUs), and plant models.
