Description

You will design, build, and own scalable services for supply chain optimization, including forecasting, procurement, placement, and planning systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build resilient distributed services for supply chain logic and ML model integration.
• Implement operations research techniques in production, including optimization solvers and probabilistic demand models.
• Build data pipelines processing large-scale pharmacy signals like prescription fills and inventory positions.
• Develop ML-integrated systems with learned demand models and intelligent reorder logic.
• Own systems end-to-end, including design, deployment, monitoring, and on-call root-cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Distributed Systems.
• Strong background in Machine Learning and ML Model Integration.
• Experience with Supply Chain Optimization and Data Pipelines.
• Proficiency in writing high-quality, well-tested code and conducting code reviews.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical designs and implementation strategies.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and across time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amazon Web Services and AI-augmented development workflows.
• Domain knowledge in pharmacy, healthcare, or regulatory compliance systems.
• Familiarity with operations research techniques, optimization solvers, and simulation engines.
