Description

Lead testing and automation efforts to productize the d-Matrix AI Compute Engine. You will own the release pipeline and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior engineers in test planning, automation, and execution.
• Develop and maintain test suites, cases, and infrastructure for AI chip software.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and automate tests for software and system use cases.
• Implement end-to-end and regression test suites within CI/CD pipelines using Pytest, Jenkins, and GitLab.
• Analyze, debug, and triage software issues to provide actionable feedback.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of industry experience in software stack testing for chips.
• Advanced Python programming proficiency with strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with Pytest framework and test automation.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools including Jenkins and GitLab.
• Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and GitLab.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing and automating ML/AI models and workloads.
• Knowledge of Linux OS and Linux kernel.
