Description

Design and implement modular, extensible, and performant features by translating product requirements into code.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own low-level design tasks, breaking projects into actionable items and estimates.
• Develop clean, readable, and extensible code using appropriate data structures and tools.
• Manage non-functional requirements including reliability, availability, and horizontal scalability.
• Execute high-level design tasks and make technical stack decisions under guidance.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of software development experience.
• Extensive programming experience in Java, Ruby, Clojure, Scala, C, C++, or SQL.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills.
• Experience with multi-threading and concurrency programming.
• Ability to build abstractions and contracts with separation of concerns for large-scale scopes.
• Experience working with complex business flows and high volumes of data.
• Prior experience in an agile environment or using CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building scalable web applications.
