You will design, implement, and scale software systems using Java and cloud technologies while leading engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality code.
• Contribute to system architecture, design patterns, and scaling strategies.
• Manage software lifecycles through CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Select appropriate data structures and algorithms to optimize complexity.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Core Java and frameworks such as Spring or Spring Boot.
• 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring teams.
• 1+ years of experience in system architecture, design patterns, and scaling.
• 1+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• 1+ years of experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Proficiency with Python, JSON, and XML.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and data workflows.
• Knowledge of RESTful services, containerization, and blue-green deployments.
• Frontend experience with React JS or Angular.
