Description

Design and implement scalable software solutions for Alexa Audio services, integrating Large Language Models while maintaining engineering best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver complex software solutions for Alexa Audio in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Create infrastructure to integrate Large Language Models into the Audio space.
• Develop tools to evaluate, analyze, and improve model accuracy for various Audio experiences.
• Influence operational and engineering excellence roadmaps to address peak readiness, scaling, and availability.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in hiring efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Distributed Systems.
• Experience in API Development.
• Understanding of Machine Learning concepts.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with audio streaming services or the Alexa ecosystem.
• Knowledge of generative AI integration and voice interfaces.
