Description

You will design, build, and maintain components and services for Project Kuiper's Customer eCommerce Services while interacting with the core Kuiper Network.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement communications components, applications, and services.
• Collaborate with engineers to gather requirements, design, develop, deploy, and operate critical eCommerce software.
• Build eCommerce functions on AWS infrastructure and implement software development best practices.
• Develop code, build CI/CD pipelines, and implement test automation and monitoring dashboards.
• Help engineers build solutions required for provisioning and operating Internet service providers.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Proficiency in API design, including RESTful webservices and JSON.
• Experience with Java programming language and MVC Framework.
• Experience managing Java-based SDKs and AWS-based development.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud native skills and AWS tooling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Financial Application and Accounting solutions (e.g., Oracle).
• Experience with GraphQL.
