Lenity Health is seeking a talented Software Development Engineer 2 (Frontend) with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in building and enhancing user-centric web applications powered by AI. In this role, you will create intuitive, engaging, and interactive user interfaces that connect healthcare providers with AI-driven solutions. Your work will directly support the adoption of AI agents and systems, delivering seamless user experiences and empowering healthcare professionals to make data-driven decisions that improve patient outcomes and streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and Redux.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to translate UI/UX designs into functional applications.
• Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain adherence to coding standards.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues.

Desired Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in frontend development in a product company or startup.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and Redux.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Understanding of frontend testing frameworks.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
