Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build unique Alexa features from ground-up using generative AI technology for kids' experiences.
• Develop and maintain distributed systems that scale to millions of devices and customers globally.
• Work with cross-functional teams to iterate on new features and products for innovation and expansion.
• Set team culture, quality standards, engineering best practices, and operational norms for the new team.
• Mentor and grow team members while contributing to their professional development and success.
• Apply data-driven approaches to make decisions and validate assumptions in product development.
• Automate processes that are traditionally performed manually to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate across domains and functions to master both business and technology knowledge areas.

Experience Required: Experience with machine learning systems, generative AI technology, distributed systems, and building applications at massive scale. Strong engineering background with bias for action and leadership capabilities
