Roles & Responsibilities:

• Innovate and build unique Alexa features from ground-up using generative AI technology.
• Solve machine learning challenges across the Alexa architecture to create scalable solutions.
• Create applications at massive scale that are used by millions of customers globally.
• Work with machine learning systems to deliver real customer experiences beyond research.
• Iterate on new features and products to drive innovation and expansion in Alexa Kids Experience.
• Work cross-functionally and cross-domain to master both business and technology knowledge.
• Set team culture, quality bar, engineering best practices, and operational norms.
• Mentor and grow team members as a primary measure of personal success.
• Use data to make informed decisions and validate assumptions throughout development process.
• Automate processes that are otherwise performed manually to increase operational efficiency.

Experience Required: Experience in software engineering with focus on generative AI, machine learning, and distributed systems. Leadership experience in mentoring teams and setting engineering best practices
