Good to Have Skills: Experience with service oriented architecture, agile software development lifecycle, large-scale system design, leadership and mentoring capabilities, experience working in green field environments and building consumer grade user experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and test software solutions using native AWS technologies for large-scale intelligent products and services.
• Take the lead in identifying and solving ambiguous problems while owning and influencing architecture and design decisions.
• Write critical-path code and solve problems at Amazon scale using highly scalable AWS technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers and customers to manage requirements for new features and updates to existing systems.
• Partner with internal customers to translate complex business logic into reusable and scalable code.
• Contribute to all aspects of agile software development lifecycle including design, architecture, development, documentation, testing and operations.
• Provide periodic on-call support for production systems and ensure operational excellence.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers on the team to help them grow professionally.

Experience Required: Strong experience as a Software Development Engineer with consistent track record of delivering large scale solutions. Leadership experience with ability to prioritize well and communicate clearly
