Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant distributed services supporting real-time shipping policy resolution and AI agent orchestration.
• Build and maintain GenAI/LLM-powered features including agent capabilities, natural language interfaces, and automated debugging tools.
• Define and document APIs, integration contracts, and onboarding playbooks for partner teams adopting the platform.
• Drive operational excellence by automating metrics reporting, reducing on-call burden, and continuously improving system reliability.
• Scope complex projects end-to-end including gathering requirements, designing solutions, making trade-offs, and delivering iteratively in an agile environment.
• Mentor team members, participate in code reviews, and raise the engineering bar through best practices in design, testing, and operational readiness.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, escalate risks proactively, and communicate progress clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
