You will build unique Alexa features for kids using generative AI, while developing and maintaining distributed systems that scale to millions of devices globally.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build Alexa features from the ground up using generative AI technology.
• Develop and maintain distributed systems scaling to global customer bases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on new features and products.
• Set team culture, quality standards, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor team members and drive automation for process optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and system design.
• Proven background in Machine Learning and Generative AI.
• Experience building applications at massive scale.
• Background in Alexa Development or Voice Technology.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of knowledge graph technologies and conversational AI systems.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.
• Leadership capabilities with a startup mindset.
