Description

You will design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant distributed services for real-time shipping policy resolution and AI agent orchestration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain GenAI/LLM-powered features, including agent capabilities, natural language interfaces, and automated debugging tools.
• Define and document APIs, integration contracts, and onboarding playbooks for partner teams adopting the platform.
• Drive operational excellence by automating metrics reporting, reducing on-call burden, and continuously improving system reliability.
• Scope complex projects end-to-end, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, making trade-offs, and delivering iteratively.
• Mentor team members, participate in code reviews, and raise the engineering bar through best practices in design, testing, and operational readiness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software Development.
• Strong background in Distributed Systems and System Architecture.
• Proficiency in API Design for scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM technologies and their application in production environments.
• Proven track record in Agile Development methodologies.
• Ability to anticipate bottlenecks, escalate risks proactively, and communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with automated debugging tools and operational excellence practices.
• Experience in mentoring capabilities and metrics reporting.
