Description

You will build software efficiency programs to reduce builder effort required for capacity assurance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy automation tools to streamline campaign management and eliminate manual processes.
• Build mechanisms to track transferred capacity and establish validation processes to resolve discrepancies.
• Develop dynamic, data-driven methodologies to adjust safety stock allocation based on historical demand.
• Create automated systems to audit capacity orders and provide real-time insights into resource usage.
• Enhance existing software, automate support processes, and document system architectures.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of software development experience, including coding standards, code reviews, and source control management.
• 2+ years of experience in system design or architecture.
• Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Practical knowledge of design patterns, reliability, and scalability.
• Experience with build processes, testing, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
