You will build AI-powered solutions to transform the Seller Support experience, working as a founding engineer on scalable microservices.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable services leveraging LLMs and machine learning systems for next-generation support platforms.
• Design and implement robust architectures that streamline complex ecosystems of 180+ tools into an AI-powered platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet rigorous quality standards.
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices to elevate team engineering capabilities.
• Own testing, deployment operations, and code quality across the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with Java and Python.
• Strong background in building and integrating Machine Learning and AI models, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proven experience designing and deploying microservices on AWS.
• Deep understanding of system design principles for scalable, reliable architectures.
• Experience with testing frameworks and deployment operations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
