Description

You will own the development, monitoring, and maintenance of data engineering solutions and ETL pipelines for Microsoft gaming products. Your work extracts telemetry data from various sources, transforms it to meet requirements, and loads it into target systems to support data analysis, automate defect detection, and improve player experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and maintain ETL pipelines and code to extract, transform, and load telemetry data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Implement data engineering solutions that support data analysis, decision-making, and quality programs.
• Establish pipelines to ingest telemetry data, enabling post-processing, data aggregation, and actionable insights.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience with C#.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SQL and/or KQL.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Azure DevOps.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Azure services including Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Storage Account, and Logic Apps.
• Proven ability to write quality C# code and use at least one scripting language for data retrieval.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and using data pipeline and ETL services.
• Strong coding experience is mandatory; candidates without coding experience will not be eligible.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python.
• Experience with PowerBI.
