Description

Design and develop software solutions while leading a small team of 3 to 5 developers on technical delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software solutions to meet business requirements.
• Lead a team of 3 to 5 developers on technical issues and delivery.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to train SDE 1 and 2 engineers.
• Test, debug, and refactor code to ensure production readiness.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of C++ coding experience, including compiler work and bug fixing.
• Strong knowledge of memory management, threads, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Linux and shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Gitlab or SVN.
• Expertise in object-oriented design and development techniques.
• Proven experience deploying code via CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using Eclipse or Visual Studio IDEs.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C, Javascript, Kubernetes, or Jenkins.
