Description

You will own a functional area from product conception through to customer delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate fuzzy product requirements into refined technical specifications through stakeholder collaboration.
• Create high-level designs and execute independent low-level design and coding across multiple tech components.
• Optimize existing microservices while prioritizing non-functional requirements like reliability, availability, and horizontal scalability.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers while maintaining ownership of codebase quality, unit test coverage, and documentation.
• Select appropriate tech stacks and solutions for specific use cases under guidance from senior members.

Required Skills

• At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in at least one programming language and associated tech stack.
• Strong object-oriented design skills with the ability to apply design patterns.
• Proven ability to design intuitive module and class-level interfaces.
• Experience designing high-level software architectures for scalable systems.
• Practical experience working in agile environments or with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong design skills and capability in web application design.
• B.Tech, M.Tech, or equivalent graduate degree.
