Description

Build and maintain scalable backend services using Java and microservices architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy scalable microservices using Java 11 and Spring Boot.
• Develop and manage database schemas and SQL queries for MySQL, DynamoDB, DB2, and Oracle.
• Implement messaging and integration patterns using AWS services including SQS, SES, SWF, and SNS.
• Integrate payment processing platforms and interact with Salesforce APIs.
• Maintain continuous deployment workflows using IntelliJ, GIT, and BitBucket.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java, REST, SOAP, and microservices.
• 3+ years of experience with Java 11, Spring Boot, MySQL, and DynamoDB.
• 3+ years of experience with IntelliJ, GIT, BitBucket, and local development servers.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS applications including ELB, SQS, SES, SWF, and SNS.
• 2+ years of experience with Play Framework.
• 2+ years of experience with DB2 and Oracle SQL development.
• 2+ years of experience in payment processing platforms.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience or an Advanced Degree with 4+ years of experience.
• 1+ year of experience in Scala.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OAUTH, Jax-B, Jax-RS, and JUnit.
• Background in Integration Engineering or Professional Services.
