Description

You will design and develop AI-based agent matching and routing solutions, handling legacy system modernization and greenfield feature development.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems.
• Build and deploy Java-based enterprise solutions and REST-based APIs for backend services.
• Develop new features from initial concept through to release.
• Maintain existing applications to ensure industry-standard uptime.
• Coordinate with the data science team to design, build, and deploy machine learning pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend systems development using Java, Python, or Node.js.
• 5+ years of experience with complex system designs handling large-scale traffic.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems integration.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
• Experience working with data at scale, specifically using Kafka and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to communicate technical designs via flowcharts and sequence diagrams.
• Experience developing technical specifications and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience with cloud-based systems such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with database fundamentals including SQL and indexing.
• Experience with multi-cloud security.
