Good to Have Skills: Experience with Alexa or voice assistants, cultural and linguistic validation, LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation, visual validation using AI, synthetic test generation, agentic automation tooling, speech testing, conversational quality evaluation, locale cultural assessment, multilingual testing across 100+ countries, and experience working with product managers and international teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead quality assurance automation and framework creation efforts for end-to-end Alexa multi-locale experience validation.
• Establish consistent and scalable testing frameworks that support multi-locale validation across all supported locales.
• Work closely with engineers to architect and develop technical design and testing approaches for internationalization.
• Build and evolve agentic tooling for end-to-end quality evaluation including synthetic test case generation and multimodal response validation.
• Create comprehensive metrics and reports on quality status, technical operations, and system performance across all locales.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, country PMs, designers, engineering teams, locale experts, and business teams.
• Drive strategy, tool selection, quality bar definition, and best practices for international customer experience.
• Ensure automated cultural and linguistic correctness assessment meets locale-specific customer expectations and financial goals
