Description

Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks and suites for cloud services and voice experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain test automation frameworks for cloud services, third-party integrations, and voice experiences.
• Build end-to-end, integration, regression, and canary test suites to validate customer-facing functionality.
• Partner with SDEs and product managers during design phases to identify testability gaps and define acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain canary monitors and synthetic tests to proactively detect production regressions.
• Analyze test results, triage failures, and drive root cause analysis with engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Test Automation and Quality Assurance.
• Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium for UI automation.
• Strong understanding of API Testing and Integration Testing.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
• Experience in Framework Development and maintaining test documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Alexa services, voice-based testing, and synthetic testing.
• Background in enterprise software development and cloud services testing.
