Lead quality assurance automation and framework creation for end-to-end Alexa multi-locale experience validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish consistent and scalable testing frameworks supporting multi-locale validation across all supported locales.
• Architect and develop technical design and testing approaches for internationalization in collaboration with engineers.
• Build and evolve agentic tooling for end-to-end quality evaluation, including synthetic test case generation and multimodal response validation.
• Create comprehensive metrics and reports on quality status, technical operations, and system performance across all locales.
• Drive strategy, tool selection, and quality bar definition for international customer experience alongside product managers and locale experts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Test Automation and Quality Assurance.
• Strong background in AI-powered Testing and Machine Learning applications in QA.
• Experience with Conversational AI and Multimodal Testing.
• Proven ability to develop Test Strategy and scalable frameworks.
• Experience with Alexa or voice assistants is required.
• Knowledge of internationalization and multi-locale testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation, visual validation using AI, or synthetic test generation.
• Background in agentic automation tooling or speech testing.
