Description

You will ensure software quality by implementing and maintaining automated testing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Implement the shift-left test strategy across all lines of business.
• Leverage open-source automation frameworks integrated into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Participate in Agile (Scrum) processes while focusing on customer experience during testing.
• Decompose user stories to define necessary tests for creation and automation.
• Document test environment and test data management container strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing automation engineering (functional and API based).
• Proficiency writing code in Python.
• Experience writing end-to-end test scripts using multiple services and reporting results.
• Experience using SQL to query and join data across multiple tables and schemas.
• Experience with AWS services: S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch.
• Experience with CI/CD supporting technologies: Git, GitLab, Docker.
• Deep understanding of APIs and modern testing approaches.
• High degree of programming experience in Python.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience automating API tests and leveraging mocks/stubs.
• Experience testing AI implementations and understanding model risks.
