Description

You will design, develop, and maintain automation test harnesses for business-critical applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automation test harnesses based on business requirements.
• Integrate CI/CD tools (Jenkins/Harness) with the automation framework.
• Develop automation scripts for Apigee endpoints.
• Implement test management tools like Octane and ensure SDLC compliance via traceability matrices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SDET roles.
• Strong coding, analytical, and design skills in Java.
• Experience with API E2E testing tools like Karate and Rest Assured.
• Experience developing automation test cases using Selenium or Playwright.
• Knowledge of Spring Boot and writing unit tests using a mocking framework.
• Experience setting up in-memory databases (H2) for the automation harness.
• Familiarity with Kafka message systems and developing test scripts using messaging systems.
• Familiarity with BDD software development methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Octane test management tool.
