Description

You will ensure application quality through automation, test planning, and continuous integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation test frameworks and libraries using Java, Groovy, or Kotlin.
• Create and execute test plans and scripts to assess application functionality and reliability.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing using Jenkins or Azure.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot defects using system logs, and report findings with high detail.
• Manage test environment setup and test data preparation.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of direct experience as an SDET for major application integrations or product releases.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Groovy, or Kotlin.
• Proficiency in testing REST and SOAP APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Experience with Selenium or Appium for automation.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JS, and XML.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git or Subversion.
• Experience writing JUnit or TestNG tests.
• Direct experience with Jenkins or Azure CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to use Splunk or similar tools for searching system logs and troubleshooting.
• Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing using SauceLabs or equivalent.
• Thorough understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
