Description

You will own the design and development of test infrastructure and frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of test infrastructure and frameworks to optimize unit, component, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to drive continuous development, integration, and deployment processes.
• Create test strategies, new automation solutions, test tools, and infrastructure to meet customer requirements.
• Work with Principal and Senior Engineers to establish software quality assurance best practices across teams.
• Report development, quality, operations, and system performance status to management stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software testing and development.
• Strong expertise in Test Strategy.
• Proficiency in Automation development.
• Experience with Embedded Systems.
• Familiarity with Software Engineering principles.
• Ability to collaborate closely with software development teams to meet tight release timelines.
• Experience in cross-team collaboration.
• Demonstrated technical influence across multiple teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipeline optimization.
• Background in distributed systems testing.
