Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
Write and execute test cases for functional, regression, performance, and API testing.
Collaborate with developers and QA teams to define test scenarios, ensure comprehensive coverage, and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Identify, report, and help resolve defects in software applications.
Enhance software performance and reliability by reviewing code, debugging, and suggesting improvements.
Research and implement new testing tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and maintainability.
Contribute to test strategy and planning, including determining unit, integration, and end-to-end test coverage.
Primary Skills
08- 10 years of professional experience in QA.
Programming proficiency in languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
Understanding of Agile methodologies and test-driven development (TDD).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify defects and optimize test coverage.
Soft skills including communication, collaboration, and time management.
Secondary skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build partnerships with stakeholders.
Comfortable with 3 days/ week working from Office (WFO).
AI experience - if it is relevant and shows interesting/inventive use of GenAI or agentic solutions. experience building test frameworks running on a pipeline.
Decent SQL skills.
