Description

You will own the test automation strategy and framework development for web, mobile, and desktop applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for functional, regression, performance, and API testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with developers to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Identify, report, and help resolve defects while reviewing code to enhance software reliability.
• Research and implement new testing tools and methodologies to improve efficiency.
• Define test strategies for unit, integration, and end-to-end scenarios.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance and test automation.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience building test frameworks running on CI/CD pipelines.
• Decent SQL skills for data validation and testing.
• Ability to navigate complex, established landscapes and rapidly upskill.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GenAI or agentic solutions in testing contexts.
• Background in Data Science or Machine Learning.
