Description

You will design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for UI and API layers of web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation frameworks from the ground up using design patterns like Page Object Model (POM).
• Define automation strategies and design programmatic tools for unit, functional, and performance testing.
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and CircleCI to ensure efficient deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects, propose process improvements, and build utilities that increase team velocity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or automation engineering.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, Perl, Shell, or Bash.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, and REST Assured.
• Experience automating backend REST services using Postman, Karate, or ReadyAPI.
• Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, MySQL, or NoSQL databases such as Cassandra and MongoDB.
• Experience with cloud technologies including AWS (EC2, S3), OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and CircleCI, and version control via GitLab or GitHub.
• Experience using Docker, WireMock, or Mockito for containerization and virtualization.
• Ability to work within Agile frameworks such as SCRUM, SAFe, or XP.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Knowledge of the travel industry and cloud infrastructure automation using Terraform or CloudFormation.
