Description

You will design, develop, and maintain software to test products and applications across the full stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define automation strategies and design tools for unit, functional, and performance testing.
• Own the design and implementation of end-to-end tests for major deliverables.
• Build automated tools, libraries, and utilities to improve team speed and quality.
• Integrate tests and infrastructure automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in design and code inspections within agile development teams.

Required Skills

• 2 to 3 years of experience in IT with expertise in UI and API layer test automation.
• Hands-on experience writing automated UI and API tests in Java, JavaScript, C#, or Python.
• Proficiency in OOP languages including Java and C#, and scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Shell, or Bash.
• Experience building automation frameworks from the ground up using Page Object Model (POM).
• Practical knowledge of TDD and BDD using frameworks like Cucumber or JBehave.
• Experience testing APIs and Microservices using tools like REST Assured, Cypress, Postman, or Karate.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Oracle, MySQL, or NoSQL databases like Cassandra and MongoDB.
• Experience deploying applications in AWS or OpenShift (Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or CircleCI and source control via GitLab or GitHub.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with infrastructure automation using Docker, Chef, Puppet, or Terraform.
• Knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, CodePipeline, and CloudFormation.
