Description

You will own the quality and reliability of e-commerce, POS, inventory, and customer engagement platforms through test automation and CI/CD integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with integrated automated testing to drive continuous quality improvements.
• Perform API, UI, and performance testing for retail applications, ensuring coverage for checkout, returns, and loyalty workflows.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and establish quality best practices across the organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an SDET or QA Automation Engineer.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with retail systems such as POS, ERP, OMS, or CRM.
• Knowledge of data-driven testing, mocking frameworks, and contract testing.
