Description

You will own the full testing lifecycle, from analysis and design to implementation and maintenance, across Waterfall, CMM, and Agile/Scrum environments. You will design test plans, scenarios, and scripts to ensure system stability in production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Maven, Selenium WebDriver, and Cucumber for JavaScript-based BDD.
• Execute manual and automated test plans using tools such as UFT/QTP, VSTS, TFS, and HP LoadRunner.
• Validate SOAP and REST services using SOAP UI, Rest Assured, Postman, and Visual Studio, handling both XML and JSON formats.
• Manage and prioritize defects using Jira and analyze performance metrics with TOAD and SQL.
• Travel to client sites to set up systems, perform feasibility studies, and evaluate user requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software testing and SDET roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, TOAD, and database testing.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and jQuery.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver, XPath, and CSS selectors.
• Knowledge of Cucumber, BDD, and automated framework development.
• Familiarity with SOAP UI, Rest Assured, and Postman for API testing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
