Description

Lead a QA team to architect automation solutions and drive testing quality across the development lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers with varying levels of seniority.
• Architect test automation solutions and develop automation scripts.
• Define test strategies, create test plans, and perform test planning.
• Execute manual validation of features and write detailed test reports.
• Communicate findings, report bugs, and support customers through daily interaction and UAT support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a QA, SDET, or Technical QA.
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing a QA team.
• Proficiency in coding with TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
• Experience with automation tools including Cypress, Appium, or Playwright.
• Hands-on experience with Ruby, Cucumber, and Gherkin.
• Solid understanding of Git and version control.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum and Jira.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in IT or software development.
