Description

Lead a QA team to build, manage, and develop test automation solutions and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the QA team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Architect test automation solutions and develop complex automation scripts.
• Design comprehensive test strategies, plan testing efforts, and generate detailed reports.
• Execute manual validation of features and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Communicate bug reports and findings to development teams and customers daily.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in QA, SDET, or Technical QA roles.
• Proven management experience leading teams or mentoring members.
• Proficiency in coding with TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
• Experience creating test automation frameworks and defining test strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency with Git and working in Agile environments (Scrum, Jira).
• Background in Cucumber and Gherkin.
• Experience with Appium or Selenium.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps.
