Description

You will own the end-to-end quality process for mobile, desktop, and web applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and perform test automation frameworks across multiple application platforms.
• Create and execute test cases based on project documents, customer demands, and product objectives.
• Investigate customer issues referred by technical support, test bugs, and manage bug reports.
• Collaborate with deployment teams to resolve system issues and provide input on product design testability.
• Research new test tools and methodologies to upgrade existing processes and manage final quality on production releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and development roles.
• Strong programming and software design skills.
• Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
• Proficiency in test methodologies and corresponding automation tools.
• Ability to analyze software systems and understand complex code flows and component interactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical coordination.
• Proven ability to recognize risks and errors within an application.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
