Description

Design and implement automated testing and manual procedures within the SDLC. Optimize CI/CD pipelines and manage containerized deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated testing scenarios, integrating them into the development lifecycle.
• Manage containerization using Docker and orchestrate deployments and scaling via Kubernetes.
• Optimize Jenkins build times by implementing Docker configurations and caching mechanisms.
• Build backend logic, data access objects, and web modules using Java, J2EE, HTML, JavaScript, JSP, and CSS.
• Write and optimize SQL procedures for Oracle and Cassandra databases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development or testing roles.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, JDBC, and Core Java concepts including threading and serialization.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database management.
• Experience testing RESTful web services using Postman and validating JSON data.
• Working knowledge of Kafka for message flow and web services as middleware.
• Competency with Jenkins TEP and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Linux environments.
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, JSP, CSS, and jQuery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular 4, TypeScript, and Bootstrap for UI architecture.
• Knowledge of Cassandra NoSQL database.
