Description

Build and maintain performance testing capabilities, including automated scripts, frameworks, and CI/CD integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated performance test scripts using Python.
• Analyze test results, diagnose performance bottlenecks, and drive bug fixes with development teams.
• Maintain and enhance the performance automation framework, including designing load testing solutions.
• Develop detailed performance test plans and strategies to optimize system behavior.
• Engage in CI/CD practices to streamline testing workflows and document testing protocols.

Required Skills

• 3-7+ years of experience in automation testing with knowledge of STLC and performance testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in Advanced Python programming and developing automated test suites on Linux.
• Experience designing and developing load testing automation.
• Diagnosing application performance issues such as speed (fps) and scalability.
• Experience with test automation tools including Loadrunner and Jmeter.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins and GitLab.
• Experience analyzing test results and tracking bugs in Jira.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
