Description

You will lead a team of engineers to build platform solutions and tools that drive productivity for Data Scientists.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical professionals, providing mentorship and technical guidance for successful project delivery.
• Design and construct machine learning models and refine existing systems.
• Build platform solutions to support the adoption and productization of Data Science solutions, including Generative AI and LLMs.
• Develop frameworks for distributed training and large model training on hybrid compute.
• Create self-serve platforms for managing training, retraining, deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and ML model improvement.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of experience in the industry or academia with a focus on Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Experience developing REST APIs and SDKs using Python or Java.
• Experience developing containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, or related container stacks.
• Deep understanding of the ML/DL development life cycle, including EDA, model development, and training/inference pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning tools such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a Master's in Data Science.
• Evidence of work through a GitHub repository showcasing ML/DL engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with distributed data processing such as MapReduce, Apache Spark, or Apache Beam.
• Exposure to CUDA programming and the usage of GPUs in the ML lifecycle.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure, or other public cloud providers.
