Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and services on the Azure platform. You will implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Bicep to ensure automation and repeatability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate deployment, monitoring, and incident response processes. You will define and measure service reliability metrics, error budgets, and performance benchmarks. You will lead efforts in security, compliance, and cost optimization for cloud workloads.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Bicep.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and incident response workflows.
• Define and track service reliability metrics and error budgets.
• Lead security, compliance, and cost optimization initiatives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure management.
• Deep expertise in Azure services: AKS, App Services, Functions, and Azure SQL.
• Proficiency in Terraform and Bicep with Git-based workflows.
• Strong background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and incident management.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with observability tools like Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience defining performance benchmarks and error budgets.
• Background in leading security and compliance efforts for cloud workloads.
