Description

Design and execute automation strategies for applications under test. Own the continuous delivery support and influence stakeholders to adopt automation practices.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the overall automation strategy for the application under test.
• Support the application team in continuous delivery efforts and CI/CD integration.
• Participate in code reviews and guide other engineers on approach design, script development, and execution.
• Analyze test results and manage defect resolution tasks.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders to improve software development efficiency.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of proven experience in software automation.
• Proficiency in Java, Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber, Gherkin, BDD, and TDD.
• Strong API automation skills using REST Assured or Karate.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and databases such as DB2, MongoDB, or Snowflake.
• Ability to write SQL queries.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with all management levels.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
