Description

You will architect, design, and technically lead software modules and projects for new product development and maintenance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and make architectural choices for new products and existing systems.
• Lead technical resolution of field issues with distributed teams.
• Review and approve module designs, code, and defect fixes.
• Analyze requirements, identify technical risks, and assist in mitigation planning.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and escalating process and product quality gaps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies.
• Experience applying SDLC principles.
• Familiarity with XP practices.
• Experience in the Product Development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of CI and software security practices.
• Ability to guide development and test teams on overall design.
